Most had really awesome visions of their bustling restaurants and raving guests returning night after night but didn't have the mega $$$$ that it requires.
Opening a food truck was the perfect fit and also gave the flexibility to grow stead at their own pace with events or routes that fit their schedules if they couldn't jump in 100% on day 1.
Food trucks are perfect for testing out and fine tuning everything from different locations, entree dishes, side options, drink prices, brand promotions, etc...
Many had never even worked in a restaurant! So the thought of starting from scratch was overwhelming... until they found us. : )
